Welcome to Civic Engagement Summer School!

Public Library’s Civic Engagement Summer School with a special presentation by Teaching Artist and award-winning singer-songwriter Munit Mesfin. The Civic Circle Visits Horizons Greater Washington!

The Civic Circle was thrilled to bring a summer concert of patriotic songs to more than 80 elementary school students at the Horizons Greater Washington Summer Program on July 16th.
