College student Fabio Garay led an outstanding workshop on voting with Civic Circle students.
Fabio has moved to University of Maryland from Montgomery College, but he is still active in the voter registration group MC Votes. Fabio shared why he is registering his peers to get out and vote, and helped students create a "word wall" on how they can "be the change" and "make their voices heard" by voting. Thank you, Fabio!
