The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Montgomery County - HCCMC Leadership Awards Dinner was the place to be last night. MoCo officials present included County Executive Marc Elrich, Council President Gabe Albornoz, who received the Latinos in Public Service Award, and Councilmembers Nancy Navarro and Hans Riemer. Congressman David Trone also spoke, exhorting all those present to vote "because our democracy is absolutely at stake."
