Civic Circle students at Weller Road Elementary School expressed concern about animal welfare, and this opened up a rich series of civic learning opportunities. Thank you to Councilmember Will Jawando for an outstanding visit to Civic Circle students! It was an enriching and extremely valuable opportunity for the students.
