“Be the Change” with Fabio Garay

Students were thrilled to receive a visit  from college student Fabio Garay, who has moved to University of Maryland from Montgomery College. He spoke with Civic Circle students on why voting matters, and shared stickers from the voter registration group MC Votes, where he remains active. Students also created a “word wall” on how they can “be the change” and “make their voices heard” by voting.

“Be the Change” and Vote

College student Fabio Garay led an outstanding workshop on voting with Civic Circle students. Fabio has moved to University of Maryland from Montgomery College, but he is still active in the voter registration group MC Votes.
